How We Collect Consent
ANX Home Healthcare and ANX Hospice Care collects SMS consent during the patient intake and referral process. When a referral is created in our system, patients and family members provide their phone number and explicitly agree to receive text message notifications about their referral status.

Healthcare partners (hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities) consent to SMS notifications when they register as referral partners and provide contact phone numbers through our partner onboarding process.
What Messages You’ll Receive
Our SMS notifications include:
- Referral received confirmation
- Insurance verification status updates
